Done-for-you BD for recruitment agencies.
We find companies with live hiring needs in your specialty and run coordinated email and LinkedIn outreach to the person who owns the role. You approve the target market and the messaging. We put the meeting on your calendar.
Your recruiters stay on their desks. We handle the BD.
Recruiters don't want meetings. They want job orders. So we don't target "companies." We target companies hiring right now in your niche, and we run two tracks together on every campaign. We don't run one without the other.
Track 1: Reach
TOUCHED EVERY 30 TO 90 DAYS
Every company in your target market that hires the roles you fill, in the right industry, size and geography. When one of them starts hiring, your agency is already a name they know.
Track 2: Hiring Intent
WORKED ONE BY ONE UNTIL THEY BOOK
Companies showing live signals that they need to hire now. Hand-researched, not scraped.

How MeetingsGen works
MeetingsGen finds companies hiring in your specialty right now, reaches the person who owns the role, and puts the meeting on your calendar. Your recruiters stay on their desks.

Reach
Breadth. Keeps you a familiar name until they start hiring.
Hiring intent

MeetingsGen never runs Reach on its own.

MeetingsGen syncs email and LinkedIn, so each hiring manager gets one coordinated experience. Select any touch to see it.
Email, day 1
The open role
Under 80 words about the role they have open right now, and one soft ask. No links and no calendar link.
Reply on either channel and the sequence stops on both. Nobody gets pitched twice.
Month 1 proves it works. Month 3 fills your desk.
Follow-ups keep landing, LinkedIn connections turn into conversations, and the "no roles right now" replies come back when a role opens. That is why MeetingsGen campaigns get stronger the longer they run.
- New outreach
- Follow-ups from earlier months

MeetingsGen will send you 10 companies with roles open 30+ days in your specialty, plus the hiring manager for each. Hand-researched, not scraped.
Our Qualified Meeting Guarantee
We agree your number in writing before launch, based on the size of the companies you sell to. Miss it and you stop paying until we fix it.
-
Small
1 to 50 employees
12 appointments in 60 daysShorter buying cycles and fewer people in the decision, so volume converts faster.
-
Mid-size
51 to 200 employees
8 appointments in 60 daysMore research per account and an extra stakeholder to reach before a meeting gets booked.
-
Large
200+ employees
5 appointments in 60 daysLong cycles and buying committees. Fewer meetings, but each one is worth far more to you.
Your tier is locked in writing before launch and does not change mid-campaign. Company size is set by LinkedIn or Apollo headcount.
The 60 days start on your first live send, not the contract date. Setup and warmup take 14 days and cost you nothing.
If we miss it
Two steps, both written into your contract. No excuses and no disappearing.
We work the next month free
No monthly fee. No appointment fee. We keep running both channels at full volume until we get you to your number, and you pay nothing for that month.
Still short? Half your money back, and you keep everything
We refund 50% of the monthly fees you paid, in cash. Then everything we built stays yours.
- Domains, inboxes, and fully warmed infrastructure
- Your full TAM data and every high-intent lead list
- All campaign copy and tested sequences
- Every warm lead who showed interest but hasn't booked yet
What counts as qualified
A decision maker who matches your written ICP on job title, company size, industry, and geography, and who attends the scheduled call. A "send me more info" reply is a Warm Lead: reported separately, never billed.
What voids it
- ICP or copy not approved within 5 days
- Booked appointments not attended
- Offer or ICP changed mid-campaign
- Monthly cap set below 10
What we never guarantee
Closed deals or revenue. We book qualified meetings with decision makers. Closing is your job, and any agency promising otherwise is selling you something it can't control.
5-12 is the floor, not the ceiling
The first 60 days are the slowest your campaign will ever be. Here is why results grow every month after.
-
Follow-ups stack up
Prospects contacted in week 1 are still getting touches in week 6. Many buyers reply on the 4th or 5th touch, not the first.
-
LinkedIn warms up
Connections accepted in month 1 become conversations in months 2 and 3.
-
We learn what works
A/B test data shows which subject lines, angles, and job titles convert. We cut the losers and scale the winners.
-
Warm leads mature
“Not now” and “send me more info” replies from month 1 turn into booked meetings when the timing is right.
-
Lists get sharper
Every reply tells us more about your ideal buyer, so each new list performs better than the last.
Your guaranteed number is what we're willing to put in writing. From month 2 onward, your pipeline truly starts to fill.
Find out your number before you sign anything
On a 25-minute call we size your market, set your tier, and put the guarantee in writing. Month-to-month after that.
No retainer.
You buy meeting credits.
Most agencies bill you every month to run a campaign, whether it works or not. We don't. You buy a pack of credits up front, and that's the only thing you ever pay us.
That's the whole model. No credit is used unless the meeting actually takes place.
What happens after you buy a pack
Bigger packs bring the price per meeting down.
- 1
We build the engine: hiring-signal research, your lists, the copy, domains and inboxes.
- 2
We run it daily across email and LinkedIn, and work every reply until it books.
- 3
A hiring manager sits down with you. That's when one credit gets used.
No-shows and bad meetings don't count
A no-show never uses a credit and gets replaced. A meeting outside the written definition gets the credit back.
Stop anytime, unused credits refunded
Written notice, money back within 7 days at the price you paid. No exit fee, no lock-in.
Credits never expire
They roll over. A slow month on your desks costs you nothing.
Never a cut of your placement fees
We don't bill per job order or per placement. What you earn from the client stays yours.
You control the pace
Set a monthly cap that matches what your recruiters can actually service. Raise or lower it anytime.
Your domain stays clean
Separate warmed inboxes, built in your name and owned by you. We never send from your main domain.
Price per meeting depends on your specialty and target market, and drops as the pack gets bigger. We'll walk you through the numbers on the call. Sending infrastructure is paid by you directly to the providers, and the domains and inboxes stay yours either way.
Running your own BD? Just buy the data.
We build the lists for your specialty. Your team runs the outreach.

3 months, cold email only
Illustrative feed. Real reply threads shared on request.
You work with the founder, not a sales rep.
MeetingsGen was founded by Muhammad Umar. We work with one kind of client: recruitment and staffing agencies. We find companies hiring in your specialty, reach the hiring manager by email and LinkedIn, and put the meeting on your calendar. Umar signs off the target market and messaging on every account before anything sends.
"Recruiters don't want meetings. They want job orders. So we book the person who owns the open role, not an HR inbox."
Muhammad Umar, Founder
- We go after roles open 30+ days in your niche
- Email and LinkedIn run as one sequence from your side
- Unused credits come back to you. No lock-in.
- No-shows and meetings that miss the agreed definition get the credit back
How you pay
How does the pricing work?
No retainer, no setup fee, no long term contract. You buy a pack of meeting credits up front. One credit is used for each qualified meeting that actually takes place.
Every MeetingsGen pack includes the same work: market research, both lists, enrichment, email and LinkedIn copy, your LinkedIn profile, domains and inboxes, daily sending, reply handling, weekly reporting and an account manager. We'll walk you through pack sizes and the number on the call.
Why no monthly retainer?
Because a retainer pays us whether or not your calendar fills. You've probably been sold that before.
Credits mean the only way MeetingsGen gets paid is meetings taking place with hiring managers who match what we agreed in writing. If we stop producing, you stop spending.
Do credits expire, and can we stop?
Credits never expire and roll over month to month. If a placement lands and your desks get busy, nothing burns while you catch up.
Stop any time with written notice and unused credits come back within 7 days at the price you paid. No exit fee, no lock in.
What do we pay for outside the pack?
Deliverability infrastructure: the sending domains and inboxes, billed by the providers straight to your card, not through MeetingsGen. The cost moves with how big your reachable market is, and we'll size it for you before you commit.
LinkedIn tools sit on your own account too, including Sales Navigator and any automation seat. The domains and inboxes are registered in your name, so you keep them whatever happens between us.
What happens when we run low on credits?
At 3 credits left you get a refill notice, so nothing catches you by surprise mid campaign.
At zero, new bookings pause. Conversations already warm are held, not thrown away, and they get worked again as soon as you refill.
The meetings
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A meeting that meets four conditions. It comes from outreach MeetingsGen runs, by email or LinkedIn. The company matches the target market we agreed in writing on industry, size and geography. The person is a hiring decision maker or influencer, which means a founder, executive, department head, hiring manager, or an HR or TA leader. And it's scheduled, or confirmed in writing.
A positive reply that doesn't produce a booked time is a warm lead. Those get reported separately and never use a credit.
Will the person on the call actually have a role to fill?
That's what the whole targeting model is built for. We go after companies with live roles in your specialty and book the person who owns the hire, and every booking note tells you which role triggered it.
Here's the honest part. An open role is a targeting standard, not a billing condition, because hiring plans change between the reply and the call. A req gets frozen. The manager fills it internally. We can control who you sit in front of and why they agreed to talk. We can't control what happens inside their business next week.
What if they don't show, or the meeting is a waste?
No-shows never use a credit. We rebook or replace them.
If a meeting doesn't match the written definition, tell us within 48 hours with a written reason and the credit goes back. Disputes are judged only against that definition, never against whether the call produced a job order.
What if a good meeting doesn't turn into a job order?
It still uses a credit. We book the meeting, you win the client. That line doesn't move.
We never guarantee job orders, signed fee agreements, placements or revenue, and we don't take a share of placement fees either. If your pitch to a hiring manager isn't landing, we'll tell you what we're hearing in the replies so you can fix it.
Targeting
How do you find companies that are hiring right now?
Job postings are public buying signals, so we read them the way you would. Roles sitting open past 30 days. Ads reposted or refreshed, especially with the salary raised. Several open roles in the same function. The same role pushed out across multiple boards. Anything marked urgent or immediate start.
Then there are the signals around the role: a funding round in the last 90 days, a new department head, headcount climbing, a new office or contract win, or a company hiring with no recruiter or TA person anywhere on LinkedIn.
Why touch companies that aren't hiring yet?
Because the day a role opens is the day you want to already be a familiar name. The MeetingsGen Dual-Track System runs both at once.
Reach covers every company in your market that hires the roles you fill, touched on a 30 to 90 day cycle. Hiring Intent is the smaller list of companies showing live signals, hand researched and worked one at a time until they book or go cold. We don't run Reach on its own, because breadth with no timing just makes noise.
How do you get past HR to the person who owns the role?
We target the role, not the org chart. The message is built around a specific open position, which means it goes to whoever is carrying that gap: the hiring manager, the department head, or the founder when they're posting jobs themselves.
A generic HR coordinator with nothing to fill has no reason to reply, and no authority to sign your fee agreement either.
We only fill one kind of role. Can you target that tightly?
Tight is what makes this work. MeetingsGen works with agencies in IT and tech, cybersecurity, engineering and manufacturing, healthcare, finance and accounting, and executive search.
Before anything gets built, we agree in writing which companies, which hiring managers, which role types and which geographies. Lists get segmented by role type so the copy speaks to one specific hire instead of a whole industry.
Our proof sits next door to this: 27 qualified meetings booked in 3 months for an IT niche agency, by cold email alone.
Which agencies is this not a fit for?
Solo recruiters, because a pack is hard to fund comfortably on one desk. Firms past 50 recruiters, because you already have a BD team and a procurement process. And generalist agencies with no specialty, because there's nothing sharp enough to build a campaign around.
If you have no niche and no proof yet, we'll say that on the call instead of taking your money. Outbound makes an offer travel further. It doesn't create one.
Getting started
How long before meetings start landing?
MeetingsGen builds for 14 days, then sending starts on Day 15. That fortnight covers market and ICP research, both lists, enrichment and validation, email and LinkedIn copy, your profile, and the domains and inboxes with a full 14 day warmup.
The warmup isn't padding. Send from cold infrastructure and you land in spam, which costs you more weeks than it saves.
What do you need from us?
Approve the target market and messaging within 5 days. Pay the infrastructure providers directly. Give us access to the LinkedIn profile we'll be running, usually the owner or the BD lead. Then show up to the meetings and send the fee agreements.
Your recruiters aren't in this. They stay on their desks.
We can only handle a few meetings a month. Can you slow it down?
Yes. Set a monthly pace, say 5 or 10, and we work to it. Booking a volume of meetings your team can't service properly damages your name with the exact hiring managers you want back next year.
Credits roll over, so a slower pace costs you nothing.
What do we actually see each week?
Real reply screenshots from both channels. Meetings booked, warm leads worth chasing later, and which role types are pulling responses in your market.
You'll also have one MeetingsGen account manager from day one, not a new name every month.
Email and LinkedIn
Will cold email put our candidate emails at risk?
No, because MeetingsGen never sends from your main domain. That rule doesn't bend.
We register separate domains in your name, configure the DNS records properly, create fresh inboxes and warm them for 14 days. Your candidate communication, your client emails and your brand reputation stay on a domain that has never sent a cold message.
Why LinkedIn as well as email?
Hiring managers live on LinkedIn. They post the roles there, they check who viewed their profile, and they treat a name they recognize very differently from a stranger in the inbox.
Connection requests and DMs run on a schedule that lines up with the email sequence, so the same hiring manager gets one coordinated conversation instead of two disconnected pitches. We optimize your profile for client acquisition first, since that's what they land on.
Is our LinkedIn account at risk?
We only work a profile we have written permission to use, on your own account and your own Sales Navigator seat. Daily activity stays conservative and ramps slowly.
Nobody can honestly promise zero risk on LinkedIn. We run your profile the way we run ours.
Who handles the replies, and do you pitch for us?
We work every reply in your voice, confirm what they're hiring for, and put the meeting on your calendar with a note on the role behind it.
We stop at the booking. We don't negotiate terms, quote fees or sign fee agreements. That conversation should be yours, and hiring managers can tell when it isn't.
Lists and data
Can we buy the data and run outreach ourselves?
Yes. Some agencies have someone on BD already and just need better targets. MeetingsGen builds Reach lists for your full market and Hiring Intent lists built on live signals, priced by list size on request.
Want to see the quality before anything else? Get 10 companies hiring in your niche, hand researched, with the hiring manager for each.
What's in each record?
Full name, job title, location, LinkedIn profile, verified work email, company name, website, company socials and company details.
Hiring Intent records add the part that makes them worth working: the signal itself, the role title, how many days it's been open, the job post link and the hiring manager behind it. Those arrive as the signals appear, not in one dump at the start of the month.
Is this scraped data?
The intent side is hand researched, one company at a time, because a scraper can't tell you a role has been sitting open for six weeks or that the ad went back up with a higher salary.
Every contact on both tracks is verified before a single email goes out. Bad data burns domains faster than bad copy ever will.
Still have a question?
Tell MeetingsGen what you fill and where, and we'll tell you straight whether outbound will work for your desk.
